UK domestic shipping

UK domestic shipping will be fulfilled by one of our domestic couriers (EVRI, DPD, Parcelforce) depending on options available to package / order size. Orders ship within 3 business days, pending inventory availability and credit card verification.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact anthony@gwinnsglobal.com

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

International shipping

International shipping will be fulfilled by one of our international couriers (DPD, Parcelforce) depending on options available to package / order size.

Returns

14 Days to Return

Please email anthony@gwinnsglobal.com to submit your return request. Please include your order #, the items you’d like to return, the return reason for each item, and the return type (e.G. Refund, exchange, store credit).

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and the exchange, store credit, and refund will be issued. 

(In the future, return requests will be submitted through our returns portal. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to follow. All returns will have a £5 deductible fee for the return label provided (excluding store credit).)
